Find Your Feet

What did it cost you to become who you are?

Success was never the problem.

It was the accumulation of choices, patterns, responsibilities, compromises, and truths ignored over decades that caused me to stop listening to my body.

It took a cancer diagnosis to finally get my full attention.

What I discovered afterward became the work.

Not to become someone else.
Not to abandon my ambition.

But to build a healthier relationship with my body, my choices, and the way I live.

The cost of success is now the new conversation, not the success itself.

Find Your Feet
Patty Ivey

High performers rarely wake up wondering:

“How can I be healthier?”

They wake up wondering:

How long can I keep this up?

Find Your Feet was created for those who have spent years taking care of everyone and everything except themselves.

My intention is to offer a sustainable path forward for people who want both success and overall health and wellbeing.

Why Your Feet Matter

We spend most of our lives looking up and out. Toward the next goal, the next responsibility. The next thing that needs our attention.

Yet very few of us ever stop and consider what is supporting us underneath it all.

Our Feet are the foundation of who we are. They connect us directly to the ground beneath us, offering stability, balance, and a sense of direction.

They carry us through every season of life, every success, every loss, every step forward and every step back.

When we lose touch with our feet, we often lose touch with ourselves. We become disconnected from our bodies, our values, and the deeper wisdom that helps us navigate life with clarity.

They not only carry us through life, they help us remember where we stand, what we stand for, and where we are headed. Their job is to keep bringing you back to reality.

Grounded, one step at a time
You cannot think your way into being grounded. You have to actually feel the ground beneath your feet.

Your body. Your life. Your call.
