I'm here to help you get to your own truth.
These are simply things I've noticed along the way.
Some came through building businesses.
Some through leading others.
Some through illness.
Some through getting older.
Most came from being willing to look honestly at my own life.
There are no formulas here.
No perfect answers.
Just observations, questions, and truths that have helped me find my footing:
“Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t a new answer. It’s recognizing a truth that has been waiting for your attention.”
I’ve noticed that the people who feel the most responsible for everyone else are often the least practiced at caring for themselves.
It isn’t because they don’t know how.
It’s because somewhere along the way they began believing their worth was measured by how indispensable they became.
That’s a heavy way to live.
The body is remarkably patient.
Until it isn’t.
Sometimes the best approach to being healthy is to stop complicating everything. It’s not that hard. Move more, eat better, sleep, hydrate and have some fun.
Take what serves you. Leave what doesn't. That is the real medicine.
