Find Your Feet
About

Like many high performers, I believed I could keep pushing, until my body said enough is enough.

Patty Ivey

For more than three decades, I've built businesses, served clients, led communities, and pursued excellence in everything I touched. From a successful boutique bakery business, to a thriving massage therapy practice, then launching Washington DC's first hot power yoga studio, Down Dog Yoga, one of the most respected studios in the country. I always understood what it meant to perform at a high level.

A cancer diagnosis changed the entire conversation, forcing me to finally pay attention to what my body was trying to tell me for years.

My belief is simple: your body is not the enemy, it is the messenger.

Success means very little if your health cannot sustain it.

Traditional medicine helped save my life.

But deep healing required something more from me.

It required my full participation.

I had to learn how to nourish my body differently, move consistently, reset my nervous system, reconnect to my feet, and tell the truth about how I had been living.

I now help ambitious, capable people build a healthier relationship with their body, energy, and daily life without abandoning their goals, responsibilities, or drive.

This work is about you learning how to stay connected to yourself while living a full, meaningful, successful life.

Ready for something more sustainable?

My body was not betraying me. It was speaking to me.

It had been speaking for a long time. I was simply too busy managing everyone else's comfort to listen.

Since then, I have rebuilt my life from the ground up. I learned how to find my own rhythm again, trust what my body was telling me, and stand firmly in the truth of my own life.

This is your body, your life, your choice.

Only you can decide what's yours to take.
